As Design Lead and UX/UI designer, I was responsible for:

Context

As Elektroskandia transitioned into Sonepar, there was a need for clear and engaging internal communication.

The challenge was to support employees through a large organisational change where questions and uncertainty naturally arise. The goal was to create a digital platform that could communicate information in a way that felt accessible, structured, and human.

Strategic foundation

The platform was designed around employee needs during periods of change — focusing on clarity, transparency, and ease of use.

By creating a flexible structure for ongoing communication, the experience could evolve throughout the transition while remaining consistent and easy to navigate.
