Context
Creative Headz is a haircare and styling brand rooted in professional salon expertise, born out of a desire to bring premium, everyday hair products to a wider audience. The project aimed to create a visual identity and packaging system that reflects the brand’s roots in craftsmanship and quality, while also giving it a modern, cohesive and versatile expression across shelf, screen and merchandise.
Strategic foundation
Through brand research and analysis of CreativeHeadz’s product positioning, customer expectations, and competitive landscape, we identified the core needs: express craftsmanship and quality in an approachable and modern visual voice, ensure strong standout on shelf and screen, and build a system that adapts across formats and applications.
Core idea
To build a visual identity and packaging system that elevates everyday haircare with a design language rooted in craftsmanship, quality, and accessibility. The system’s core is a distinctive graphic element tied to the brand’s personality — confident, approachable and modern — enabling flexibility and recognisability across all touchpoints.
Visual identity system
A structured type hierarchy and refined colour system formed the foundation of the identity. Distinctive graphic elements were crafted to tie the product and brand expression together, creating a unified and recognisable visual language that works both on‑shelf and online. Adaptable components ensure consistent application across packaging, retail materials, merchandise and digital formats.
Outcome
The new visual identity system positions CreativeHeadz as a modern, premium yet accessible haircare brand that stands out both on shelf and screen. The cohesive graphic system strengthens recognition, elevates everyday products, and creates a consistent, versatile brand platform for future growth across physical and digital touchpoints.
